Testimonials…

"In lieu of a traditional baby shower for my sister, we asked Jocelyn to host a needle-felting workshop for the women in our family. None of us had tried it before and, while we otherwise would have felt intimidated, Jocelyn’s sweet demeanor had us up and running in no time. It was the best two hours we could have asked for! We learned a new craft, caught up with each other, and got to know Jocelyn while felting adorable little strawberries. Jocelyn fit right in with our group and felt like family. She made felting feel accessible, and our session with her sparked many ideas for future projects together. Thanks Jocelyn!"

“If you're at all interested in needle felting, I would highly recommend the classes offered by Petitfelts. I've taken three classes with Jocelyn. Each one was an invaluable learning experience. As a teacher, Jocelyn provides clear instruction and insightful guidance, which makes the whole process really fun and interesting. I also appreciate the opportunity to learn about needle felting from a talented artist with such a wealth of knowledge. You'll be so delighted you took a class with Jocelyn.”

"If you're looking for not only a great class, but a great friend, mentor, and teacher, look no further. Her humor, attentiveness, and patience make her such a valuable teacher. I've taken many crafting classes and have never "felt" so accomplished after such a short amount of time. It's a relaxing process and the outcome is hugely rewarding and Jocelyn stays with you every step of the way. Couldn't have gotten through these past two years without Jocelyn and her classes."

“I stumbled upon PetiFelts early in 2021 when I felt like a caged animal at home. Frankly, my expectations weren’t too high about felting a pink snail; but the photo ad was so enticing. Ultimately, I was amazed at how well my snail turned out. Jocelyn is fantastic at explaining (and showing) how to approach each part of the process. She has incredible patience and will work with each student to make sure that each finished critter is good. In these frustrating times, it is so therapeutic to manipulate and stab roving into an awesome creature. I now can say I felted snails, succulents, and a penguin. I am hooked!”

"Jocelyn teaches a craft class like no other. Not only did I learn how to do felting successfully through an online environment, but I met a group of people who bring absolute joy into my life. Take this class if you want to learn a new activity, or just have a wonderful afternoon."

“Jocelyn’s teaching methods make even more intimidating projects seem approachable, and I always leave with a cute new craft. She has also managed to build a crafting community within her classes so I feel I’ve gained some new friends in addition to felting skills. Highly recommend!”

“Jocelyn's classes are a true delight! I had tried needle felting years ago and didn't really take to it, but after taking Jocelyn's classes virtually, I fell in love with the craft. Her designs are beautiful, her directions are clear, and it is a lot of fun to learn alongside fellow students. I've also appreciated Jocelyn's kindness in providing guidance beyond the class time. I have sent her questions and shared updates on my own projects and have really appreciated her encouraging responses!”
